Avaliação do desempenho técnico funcional dos edifícios do IFG-Campus Jataí sob a ótica da gestão de ativos

Abstract

Public infrastructure, such as school buildings, plays a fundamental role in society and has a significant impact on various areas; therefore, it must be treated with due importance. From this perspective, asset management emerges as a valuable ally for optimizing and managing the resources invested. For effective management, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of buildings as a way to focus attention on areas for improvement. This study aimed to assess the technical-functional performance of the buildings at IFG - Jataí Campus: Flamboyant Unit, from the perspective of asset management, through the application of a questionnaire designed to understand users' perceptions of the institution's existing infrastructure. The evaluation of the results followed a model based on energy efficiency certificates, providing a clearer and more accessible interpretation for users. The research was successfully conducted, and by the end of the study, it was possible to establish an overall performance score for the campus buildings, as well as to identify the main areas requiring attention and improvement in the infrastructure. Following the analysis of the results, the buildings at IFG - Jataí Campus: Flamboyant Unit received an average evaluation, with a score of 5.57 and a performance category of B. The research contributed to understanding and improving asset management in the context of school buildings, aiding in the planning of future investments for the institution, and employing a methodology that can be replicated in other school buildings.
