BeautyApp: aplicativo para agendamento de serviços de beleza

Abstract

Companies and professionals in the beauty and aesthetics area were greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, such as micro-entrepreneurs in the beauty area, had to reinvent their way of operating, in accordance with the measures taken to contain as much as possible the proliferation of the virus, in addition, customers who arrived at the establishment and waited for the professional to complete the previous service, caused crowding in the place. With a scheduling system, both the worker and the client can organize their time better, create a schedule, have a guarantee of service, thus not having to arrive at the location and wait a long time to be served. The application will be developed with an agile methodology where it is improved with each customer feedback. After gathering requirements, Lucidchart was used to create the diagrams. Firebase was used as the backend and Flutter as the frontend. With the solution to be developed, both the client will have a guarantee of service, they will be able to organize themselves better in relation to time, and the professional will have control over their day, having access to the number of scheduled clients and having a basis of how much they are billing. on the day, month, year, according to the schedules and prices of each service performed. With the application developed and validations carried out with customers, the objective of the application was achieved: a simple and intuitive software that makes appointments for companies in the beauty and aesthetics area.
