| Resumo: | A construção civil registrou em 2021 seu maior crescimento dos últimos 10 anos, no entanto, há um grande desafio em relação aos atrasos nas obras. A presença de atrasos ocorre principalmente devido à alterações durante a execução. A metodologia utilizada foi um questionário aplicado através do Google Forms com profissionais da área, baseado na Escala Likert, em seguida os resultados foram obtidos por meio do auxílio do Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, também foi calculado o valor do Índice de Importância Relativo para determinar o grau de influência de cada fator. Os fatores críticos demonstraram que mesmo em regiões distintas, tem se uma semelhança entre os fatores geradores, em especial a falta de mão de obra, retrabalhos devido a erros e alterações durante a execução. Evidenciando esses fatores significativos que influenciam os atrasos nas obras, pode-se buscar eventuais reduções dos fatores que visem melhoria e a eficácia produtiva das obras em um contexto local e até mundial. |
| Abstract: | Civil construction recorded its highest growth in the last 10 years in 2021, however, there is a great challenge in relation to delays in works. The presence of lags is mainly due to changes during execution. The methodology used was tested through Google Forms with professionals in the area, based on the Likert Scale, then the results were obtained through the aid of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, the value of the Relative Importance Index was also calculated to determine the degree of influence of each factor. The critical factors that even in different regions, there is a similarity between the generating factors, in particular the lack of manpower, rework due to errors and changes during execution. Evidencing these factors that influence the delays in the works, one can seek reductions of the factors that aim at the improvement and the productive efficiency of the works in a local and even global context. |
