Análise da ocupação irregular do recuo frontal de edificações comerciais em Aparecida de Goiânia

Abstract

Urbanization is the process of occupation of urban space that is sometimes accelerated and disordered, which results, among other problems, in irregular constructions, some of which occupy the entire area of the land even on several floors. In the specific case of buildings for commercial use, the occupation of the frontal retreat, previously intended for parking spaces for customers, directly influences the commerce, since it prevents quick and direct access to the establishment. This work aims to analyze this and other effects of the irregular occupation of the frontal retreat of commercial buildings in Aparecida de Goiânia. The analysis starts with the presentation of some concepts and the presentation of the current legislation on the subject. Some scenarios of occupation of the frontal retreat and also of regularity of the building are proposed, seeking to determine the intensity of interference in the commerce and also in the traffic of the region. Finally, the construction inspection procedures regarding the frontal retreat are presented.
