Autor(es): Martins, Emanuel Cauê de Oliveira; Teixeira, Grazielle Pádua Primeiro Orientador: Mesquita, Simone Maria Moura Abstract: This study analyzed the scientific production carried out between 2010 and 2023 in the Higher Education Course in Logistics Technology at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Goiás (IFG), Anápolis Campus. To this end, a mixed-methods research approach was employed, that is, both qualitative and quantitative. In parallel, this research, in terms of its nature, was classified as applied, exploratory, and descriptive with regard to its objectives. Furthermore, from the perspective of technical procedures, documentary research and case study were adopted. Thus, the field of study was the Federal Institute of Goiás – Anápolis Campus. Moreover, the sample consisted of scientific production in the area of Business Logistics, classified as non-probabilistic and by convenience. Data sources included the IFG Digital Repository (ReDI), the Unified Management System for Extension, Research, and Events (SUGEP), the Unified Public Administration System (SUAP), the Clarice Lispector Library of the IFG – Anápolis Campus, as well as the Lattes Platform. For data collection, a structured protocol was used, divided into two categories. After collection, the data were processed using Excel spreadsheets and a word processor. Data analysis was based on bibliometrics, supporting literature related to the research topic, and empirical studies. Subsequently, the results were presented in the form of text, tables, and graphs. These results revealed that the scientific production of the Higher Education Course in Logistics Technology (CSTL) is concentrated in areas such as reverse logistics, supply chain management, and performance indicators. Furthermore, the years with the highest academic output were 2013, 2014, and 2019, while 2020 recorded the lowest production, impacted by external factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, student dropout directly impacted the number of academic works produced, highlighting the need for effective institutional strategies for student retention. In this context, it was concluded that the Higher Education Course in Logistics Technology (CSTL) not only drives the advancement of studies in business logistics in Brazil but also significantly contributes to the development of students' competencies in the field of scientific research. Therefore, this study is expected to generate relevant and up-to-date information, with the potential to foster debates in academic, scientific, and professional settings, as well as provide guidance for the creation of new research projects. Autor(es): Godois, Ana Caroline Gomes; Santos, Tiago Cardoso Primeiro Orientador: Mesquita, Simone Maria Moura Abstract: This study analyzed the qualifications of those occupying management positions in the area of ​​corporate logistics in companies located in the Anápolis Agroindustrial District (DAIA), in Goiás. To this end, a quantitative research approach was adopted, which was classified as applied, exploratory and descriptive in relation to its objectives. From the perspective of the technical procedure, it was a case study. The field of study was the DAIA, with the population consisting of companies installed and operating in this industrial hub. The sample size for the research was determined by the sample calculation, based on the formula of Barbetta (2001). The sampling adopted was simple random and probabilistic. In view of this, an online questionnaire was used to collect data. This was created in Google Forms, an application for creating and managing forms, and consisted of closed and open questions. The generated form was sent by e-mail to the managers or Human Resources departments of the participating companies. The data collected were processed directly by Google Forms and subsequently analyzed in a text editor and presented in text and graphic formats. A descriptive approach was adopted for the analysis, with consultation of specialized literature and recent empirical articles. However, it was found that, although the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO) lists 16 professional titles for the logistics area, only 11 of them were found in the personnel of the companies analyzed. It was also observed that professionals graduated in the Higher Education Course in Logistics Technology are required at all hierarchical levels of organizations: strategic, tactical and operational. However, even though a high school diploma and basic computer skills are minimum requirements for entry into the area, management positions preferably require technological or technical degrees in Logistics. Therefore, this study aimed to stimulate debates in the academic, scientific and professional spheres about the profile of logistics professionals and their insertion in the job market. In this context, this study's general objective is to analyze Fulfillment operations in this large e-commerce company and, as a result, it intends to explain how e-commerce occurs in the company; analyze the Fulfillment stages in your internal operations; identify the advantages and disadvantages of Fulfillment and propose improvements to the Fulfillment process if necessary. The Covid-19 pandemic has significantly impacted this sector, directly affecting the logistics operations of a vehicle manufacturer in Goiás. This study aims to analyze the impacts of the pandemic on international maritime transport, focusing on the challenges faced, such as port congestion, freight increases, delivery delays, port omissions, additional charges, lack of containers and resource shortages. Using a qualitative approach, interviews and a case study were conducted at a vehicle manufacturer in Goiás to assess the effects of these factors on the China-Brazil route. The results revealed that, despite the challenges, the manufacturer managed to maintain the continuity of operations through adaptive strategies and innovation, ensuring the supply of raw materials and the supply of vehicles ready for delivery. This study contributes to the understanding of the instabilities in the transportation of containerized cargo during and after the pandemic.
