Abstract: This research aimed to analyze and compare the performance of
relational and non-relational databases in product searches in an e-
commerce, determining which approach is more efficient in a specific
scenario. An experiment was conducted in a controlled environment
with MySQL and MongoDB database systems, evaluating metrics such
as average response time, CPU and memory consumption, disk read
and write rates, and query volume. The results showed that MongoDB
performed better in terms of the number of operations and average
response time, making it the most suitable choice for this type of
application.

Abstract: This study investigates phishing detection in the context of cybersecurity, focusing on comparing traditional techniques with methods based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). The primary objective is to conduct a systematic literature review to analyze and compare different detection approaches, with special emphasis on identifying attacks in social media environments. The research highlights the challenges and limitations of traditional techniques such as blacklists and heuristic analysis, while exploring the potential of modern approaches, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. The methodology used applies the PICOC method to structure the systematic review and address the established research questions. Preliminary results indicate that AI-based techniques offer higher accuracy and adaptability in the face of sophisticated attacks, although they face challenges such as the need for large data volumes and computational complexity. This study contributes to the advancement of cybersecurity strategies by proposing practical recommendations for mitigating phishing attacks in dynamic environments like social media.

Abstract: The use of information technology in various areas has enabled the provision of more agile and accurate services. In the area of service provision, such as barbershops, this reality is no different, since the market is fiercely competitive, demanding effective strategies to build customer loyalty. Given this scenario, the need for information technology intervention arises, through the development of an application that not only helps barbershops in their quest to build customer loyalty, but also contributes to efficient business management. The challenge of this work was to create a customizable and flexible application, capable of serving a variety of customers without the need for major interventions in the code. The goal is to offer a complete product for the sector, providing features such as service scheduling, loyalty programs and promotion management. In addition, back-office features were implemented to assist in business control and resource management. The OutSystems platform was chosen to be used throughout the development process due to its low-code nature, allowing the team to develop a complex and customizable application with limited time and labor resources. This project covered software engineering stages such as requirements analysis, software architecture design, and testing. After the project was completed, it was possible to confirm that the application was successful in automating business management, together with the OutSystems platform.

Abstract: This paper discusses the importance of an isolated laboratory for prática classes in information security subjects, especially in situations where there is a real risk of purposefully or inadvertently attacking resources outside the laboratory. The need for methodologies, techniques and tools aimed at improving both the quality of teaching and the training of future professionals in the field of information technology. Concepts and the structuring of the computer base are presented, which are essential for understanding and building the laboratory model. The concepts of computer networks, digital security, malicious code and types of information security attacks are detailed, which are essential for the development of the proposed work. Some of the most common methods used in information security breaches, invasions, attacks and scams are presented, as well as the tools most commonly used in cybercrime, which, due to the way they are carried out, can be dangerous if done in an uncontained laboratory environment. Finally, the modeling, structuring and detailed specification of this work’s proposal is presented, covering the knowledge, methods, techniques and tools applicable to the proposed environment.
