This work aimed to search about the use of A. vera and C.longa in inflammation and in the wound healing literature. The elaboration of a bibliographic survey was developed through a qualitative approach and bibliographic review, through a theoretical approach from a literature narrative. Google Scholar, Scielo and PubMed search platforms were used with keywords such as: healing, A. vera, C. longa, anti-inflammatory potential and healing potential. It may be significant that A. vera presents the action and proliferation of healing by playing the role of providing more oxygen, increasing vascularization and the amount of collagen for it to occur. C. longa, despite its low bioavailability and low water solubility, neutralizes free radicals, has the ability to activate the body's own antioxidant enzymes. It acts as an example, as by pro- inflammatory pathways, NF-Kβ and TNF-α. Thus, its main action in the healing process is in the inflammatory phase. The teachers of the IFG must present the "Semester Work Plan"semiannually with the planning of the activities to be carried out and their respective schedules according to Resolution number 09, of November 01, 2011. This resolution preconizes that all data are converted into points weighting factor, being a planning tool both for the teacher and the Departamento de Áreas Acadêmicas (DAA) of IFG. However, there is no system to consolidate such a resource, which is currently done using papers based on a sheet and text document models. A web application called “e-Plan” was developed to address this problem and give a digital solution. e-Plano has been designed to work independently of the operating system, responsive to screen size in the browser and with a user-friendly interface. These characteristics were achieved by the employment of several software development techniques and methodologies. The bidding modalities are six, in loco public bidding, invitation letter, best price, public competition and presential, provided for in Law 8,666 of 1993 and the electronic trading session created years later through Law 10,520 in 2002. The first phase of the bidding is internal and is dedicated to planning. In public multi-campuses, the internal phase communication process may present problems. In this work, we have identified the absence of an efficient means of inter-textual communication to reach the Constitutional Principle of Efficiency in the internal phase of bidding processes in the IFG. We then constructed an inter-campus communication system to improve the internal phase of bidding processes in the IFG. The result is a modern web application that helps in the internal bidding phase through a communication improvement. The application maintains a database always updated through the API of governmental bidding. Through it, the user can search for an item of interest by its code or description, or join the purchases of other campuses. This solution streamlines a bureaucratic process, speeding up the exchange of information on inter-campus bidding.
