Abstract: The teaching internship is a mediation between teacher training and basic education
schools, aiming to provide an approximation between theory and reality of being a
teacher. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the World Health Organization (WHO), on
January 30, 2020, declared a Public Health emergency of International Concern. To
protect the health of the population and the educational community, measures were
created to prevent contamination by the virus, such as the suspension of face-to-face
classes throughout the Brazilian national territory. Thus, the Ministry of Education
(MEC) authorized the replacement of face-to-face classes by classes that use
information and communication technologies in ongoing courses, such as the IFG
Emergency Remote Teaching (ERE), which allowed teachers to develop contents of
their disciplines through synchronous and asynchronous activities. In this context, our
aim is to identify the adversities faced by students of the Biological Sciences course
who carried out the internship through the ERE, discuss these impacts and compare
the approval levels of students in the curricular internship subjects before and during
the pandemic. The present research was developed at the Federal Institute of Goiás,
Campus Formosa, with students of the Degree in Biological Sciences who attended
the compulsory teaching internship discipline. For this, we used the Focus Group
(GF) methodology. Participants believe that the biggest challenge was the lack of
interaction with students and the field school's supervising teacher. Four participants
believe that many of the expectations of approaching the teaching practice were
frustrated with social isolation. Despite the multiplicity of tools inserted in the
emergency context of the pandemic to guarantee access to education in Goiás, data
from this and other studies confront their effectiveness. With the experiences lived by
the participants of the FG's, we believe that the undergraduates were harmed by the
lack of experience in the school environment. We also observed that in 2020/2021 in
which the ERE took place, the number of students enrolled in the internship subjects
was lower compared to previous years (2017-2019), however the failure rate was
higher. In 2022, even with in-person classes returning, the number of enrollments
was still low, maintaining a similar relative pattern of failures compared to the ERE.

Abstract: Air transport provides global, national and regional integration, bringing positive economic importance in the industrial, tourist and commercial sectors, capable of generating jobs and income. The main Brazilian airports are located in large urban centers. The highlight is the Brasília Juscelino Kubitschek International Airport, as a way of connecting, integrating and developing the Federal Capital. It is considered the 2nd largest in passenger movement in the country and has one of the largest connection centers for domestic flights in Brazil. The civil aviation sector, which had been on the rise until 2019, has suffered a sharp decline since March 11, 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic was declared by the World Health Organization (WHO). The airline sector became one of the hardest hit by the crisis due to the spread of the coronavirus in the country, first with the closure of borders and, later, with the increase in the number of cases. Given this atypical context, the objective of this work was to analyze the financial, social and tourist impact related to the number of landings and departures that were canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic at Brasília International Airport. For that, a qualitative and quantitative research was carried out regarding the COVID-19 theme and the impacts on the civil aviation sector, through scientific articles and data extracted from governmental bodies such as: ANAC, DECEA, IBGE, INFRAERO, Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Tourism. It was possible to delineate from the data of paid passengers that Brasília International Airport presented a drop of 53.24%, comparing data from 2019 with 2020, starting to have small increases from July 2020. The year 2021 was marked by the second wave of the new coronavirus, when the Brazilian health system collapsed, and the decline continued when compared to 2019 data, a drop of 37.81%; although, when compared to the 2020 data, an increase in the number of paid passengers was noticed. In 2022, stability was maintained in terms of the number of takeoffs at Brasília International Airport, showing that the civil aviation sector is slowly returning to a baseline level of stability. It is therefore concluded that, even though the sector has not expanded, the more stable the scenario is, the stronger the expectation that the number of paid passengers will increase over the remaining years. It should also be noted that the economy did not resume its activities at the same speed as the fall, therefore requiring a longer period to reach previous levels.

Abstract: Mining is considered one of the main economic aspects of Brazil today, as the extracted resources are used in steel alloys, ceramic materials, civil construction, cosmetics, automobiles, fuels, electronic equipment, among
others. Brazil stands out in the mining industry because it has a favorable geological environment and has a significant amount of types of ores. Among the 27 federal units in Brazil, the state of Goiás stands out as the fourth largest Brazilian state in terms of mineral operations, behind only Bahia, Pará and Minas Gerais, still having plenty of room for expansion in the sector. However, the mineral extraction process is considered as one of the most degrading activities of the environment, bringing with it impacts on fauna, flora in water bodies, air, soil, in addition to noise and visual pollution and damage to physical health. and mental. In this context, this study aims to describe the mineral profile of Goiás, with emphasis on the generation of solid waste, detailing which ores, the amount of waste and how to reuse these wastes in civil construction. In a survey on the National Mining Agency (ANM) website, in the Financial Compensation for Mineral Exploration (CFEM) collection database, separating the information by mineral produced, 381 producers who operated in Goiás in 2021 were surveyed, among individuals and legal entities, in the extraction of 47 ores. However, in the Anuário Mineral Brasileiro database, also from ANM, for the period from 2010 to 2021, information was found regarding the production of only 31 minerals. Even so, it was necessary to sanitize the database and the study focused on 15 minerals, namely silver, gold, cobalt, barium, niobium, copper, nickel, asbestos, phosphate, titanium,
vermiculite and perlite, manganese, tin, aluminum (bauxite) and iron. This base allowed estimating the average percentage of residues from mineral production in Goiás at around 85.32% of gross production. The companies that worked on the extraction of these 15 minerals in 2021 were presented. A synthesis of academic studies regarding the reuse of 10 of these 15 minerals in civil construction sectors was presented. With so much mineral enterprise in the state, allied to the sector's growth potential, the state and companies must
increasingly be concerned with the sustainable management of mining waste to maintain the quality of life of current and future generations. Universities and federal institutes need to be included in this process, as a link between the Public Power and the private sector, presenting appropriate solutions for society.
