The research problem consisted of understanding how artistic experiences can influence the well-being and development of these children. The research adopted a qualitative approach, seeking to investigate the relationships between these experiences and the target audience. The actions were carried out at the Lar Maria de Nazaré shelter, in Hidrolândia - GO, and at the Agenor Modesto Residential Condominium, in Aparecida de Goiânia - GO, during a supervised internship. The experiences were proposed through dance, games and recreational activities, aiming to stimulate creativity, expressiveness and social interaction. In the observations and analyses, it was verified that the artistic experiences had relevant social and expressive impacts on the development of children in both places mentioned. This is an initial study that aims to add to the reflections on the benefits of artistic experiences for children in situations of social vulnerability, highlighting the importance of providing such activities for this audience. To this end, an external bibliographic review was prepared for the themes Dance, History, Culture and Society; Games as Immersive Body Practices and Electronic Movement Games (JEM). As the nature of this research is delicate as it is applied with a qualitative-quantitative approach, the Xbox 360 video game with Kinect was used to conduct the research in a dance action with each class. This study arises from the need to understand how the educational environment, particularly the dance course offered by the Federal Institute of Goiás, Aparecida de Goiânia campus, influences and shapes students' perceptions of themselves and their bodies in motion. The body, as a subject of study and an instrument of artistic expression, interacts in a complex and dynamic way with its surrounding environment. In the context of IFG's Aparecida de Goiânia campus, the dance course provides a space where these interactions are intensely explored. It is essential to question how this academic space contributes to the formation of students' bodily identities and how it influences their self-perception of their bodies, which are in constant development. The aim of this work is to analyze this interpersonal relationship between my body and the dance course at the Federal Institute of Goiás, exploring how dance not only shaped my trajectory but also reconnected me with my essence. Throughout my training at IFG, various experiences were fundamental to the construction of this study, presented as a final course project in the form of an article/memoir accompanied by a choreographic composition. The text aims to describe the processes that shaped my perception and knowledge of my own body, as well as helped me in the empowerment process facing racial issues. The techniques acquired in practical and theoretical classes refined my bodily perception and my relationship with movement. The memoir also seeks to report the challenges, exchanges with classmates, and interactions with teachers, which were crucial in my development. The diversity of styles and approaches in the disciplines and workshops offered in the course fostered a more integrated and sensitive view of my own body and personal history, broadening my possible professional contexts. A Influência do Samba de Roda da Serrinha/Batucagê na Formação do Artista-Educador em Dança Autor(es): Santos, Eulane Souza Primeiro Orientador: Barreto, Tainá Dias de Moraes Abstract: This research aims to discuss Samba de Roda as an ancestral Afro- Brazilian culture, its technical and aesthetic foundations, its origins, characteristics and the possible relationships among this manifestation, the field of dance training and creative processes in Contemporary Brazilian Dance. Samba de Roda, an important popular manifestation developed in the Recôncavo region of Bahia comes from the African diaspora. It is loaded with meanings of resistance in black culture and the anti-racist struggle. Through the lens of research undertaken in the area of Dance, Samba de Roda is presented as an aesthetic and artistic power, and can contribute both to processes of choreographic composition and to the training of the dance-educating artist, especially with regard to Education for Ethnic-racial Relations. Starting from family history and in close dialogue with the author's memories, this work was woven through two methodological axes: the creation of a personal inventory as a motto for authorial creation in dance; study and experience of Samba de Roda through field research undertaken with the Samba de Roda da Serrinha/Batucagê group, in Goiânia/GO. Therefore, this article aims to describe the paths taken in this theoretical-practical research, which is configured as the author's TCC Course Completion Work. In addition to the experiential and intellectual production, the research generated a dance composition called “Naquela Mesa”, which is also part of the evaluation of the work.
